Borrowing its name from the Greek word for "view" Villa Thea lives up to the expectations of its name. Situated close to the highest point of Braunis Horio Villas complex, this villa enjoys privileged views towards every direction. In the north, gazing at the majestic Ionian Sea and the imposing Promontory of Assos castle, views that the guest can enjoy while relaxing at the private pool area in one of the comfortable sunbeds under the protecting gazebo. In the south, you can relax at the vast terrace while enjoying the tastes created in the barbeque facilities, complemented by views of Myrtos bay, Assos village and Assos castle.

At the entrance of Villa Thea to the left, a fully equipped kitchen space which communicates with the south terrace and the barbeque area with a dinner table and sun umbrellas, gives the guest the opportunity to indulge in the pleasure of serving delicious creations and enjoying them in the ease of a wide terrace in the sweet company of magnificent views. The right door leads to a large bedroom with twin beds and a balcony that enjoys its own relaxing view. A staircase from there, leads to the grand pool terrace, offering the opportunity for refreshing and stress relieving moments. The living area and dining room enjoy large windows on both north and south, with enchanting views to Myrtos bay while allowing for refreshing auras. In the attic, the master double bed with a wardrobe, a wing-back chair and a cabinet hold all the necessary amenities for a convenient stay.
